This existed:
Like VW’s version of a Clownshoe.

I want it.

It’s like an accord aerodeck. I’m trying to place those taillights. I’m thinking a modified version of an Audi 90?

They are in the U.S. (as of 2007 anyway).

Now both for sale in the U.S. for $49,995 each.

Hmmm, don’t ever recall seeing the 80 in the US. Good eye.

I think you added an extra digit in there somewhere.
Oh, that was the seller? Oh jeez.

Th original seller/manufacturer wanted 2.2 million dollars or euros for them both.
For something this rare I think is a relatively good buy.

The good news is that this price will keep it to collectors only, and it should be well-maintained. That’s pretty okay, I guess.

It reminds me of the Lancia Y10. Which I think I’d rather have.
Or certainly a later Ypsilon.
